The Challenge

The client needed to move from in-person training to a scalable online platform without losing engagement.

Our Solution

We built an LMS with live video classrooms, interactive assessments, a student dashboard, and automated certification — all mobile-friendly.

How we approach this kind of build

Course completion is the metric that matters in e-learning, and it is a product problem more than a video problem. Progress has to be visible and granular, resumable across devices, and structured so a learner always knows what the next fifteen-minute unit is. Long unbroken modules are where completion rates collapse.

Live classrooms run on WebRTC with an SFU so one presenter can reach a large cohort without every participant uploading to every other participant. Sessions degrade gracefully — when bandwidth drops, video quality falls before audio does, because a lecture with clear audio and a frozen slide is usable and the reverse is not.

Assessments and certification need to be tamper-resistant without becoming hostile. Answers are graded server-side, question order and options are shuffled per attempt, and certificates carry a verifiable identifier that a third party can check. Everything is built mobile-first, because in much of the market the phone is the primary and often only study device.
